1. Who we are

Forevermore (“Forevermore,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a decentralized memorial platform being developed by Evermore Labs Pty Ltd (registered in Australia). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you join the waitlist for the Forevermore product (the “Waitlist Site”).

2. Scope

This policy covers only the data processed through forevermore.app (or any successor URL) and associated email communications. It does not apply to future versions of the Forevermore application, immersive spaces, or third-party sites we link to.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, government IDs) or information from children under 13. If you believe such data has been provided, please contact us immediately (see § 12).

4. How we use your information

We process your data only when we have a lawful basis to do so, including:

  1. Consent – You give explicit consent when you submit the waitlist form or opt in to marketing emails.
  2. Legitimate interest – Improving the Waitlist Site, preventing misuse, and measuring engagement.
  3. Legal obligation – Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful requests.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use first-party cookies (e.g., a session cookie to remember that you joined the list) and limited third-party analytics (currently Google Analytics 4). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser or via the cookie banner presented on first visit.

6. Sharing & disclosure

We share your data only with:

  • Email service provider – High Level for waitlist email automation.
  • Analytics provider – Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (USA).
  • Cloud hosting – Vultr (USA/EU) for website infrastructure.
  • Legal / compliance – If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
    We never sell or rent your personal information.

7. International transfers

Our vendors may store or process data in the United States, European Economic Area, or other jurisdictions. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect transfers outside Australia.

8. Data security

We employ industry-standard safeguards, including:

  • TLS encryption in transit
  • Server-side encryption at rest
  • Principle of least privilege for staff access
  • Regular penetration testing and monitoring

No system is 100 % secure, so please contact us if you suspect any security issue.

9. Data retention

  • Waitlist records – Retained until product launch or you request deletion.
  • Analytics logs – Pseudonymized and deleted or aggregated after 26 months.
  • Email suppression list – If you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (email + opt-out timestamp) to ensure we honor your request.

10. Your rights

Depending on your region (e.g., GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to:

  • Access or download a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Withdraw consent or object to processing
  • Data portability
    To exercise any right, email forevermore@think3.co with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days (or as required by law).

11. Children’s privacy

The Waitlist Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete it promptly.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced via email to waitlist subscribers.

By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
